Castle Care Wellness LLC ("Castle Care Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") operates daracastle.com and related social media pages, including @PMHNPDar on TikTok and Instagram. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us directly

• Your first name and email address when you join a waitlist, download a free resource, buy a product, or sign up for emails, including through lead forms on TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms.
• Answers to optional questions on those forms, such as whether you are a student, a clinician, or a patient, and which topics you are interested in.
• Your name, email, and payment details when you purchase a product. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Basic website analytics, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location (city or region level), collected through cookies or similar tools.
• If you arrive from a social media platform or click an affiliate link, that platform or retailer may share limited referral information with us.

Please do not send medical information. Our forms, emails, and social media pages are for education and business purposes only. Do not submit protected health information, details about your treatment, or information about any patient through these channels. Signing up does not create a patient-provider relationship.
