These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of daracastle.com, our free resources, our digital products, and our emails (together, the "Services"), operated by Castle Care Wellness LLC ("Castle Care Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Education, not medical care

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our content, guides, journals, emails, and social media posts are general education about mental health and nervous system regulation. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and they are not a substitute for care from your own clinician. Using the Services, buying a product, or contacting us does not create a patient-provider relationship with Dara Castillo, PMHNP-BC, or anyone at Castle Care Wellness.

Talk with your own healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, or health practice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not use our forms, email, or social messages for urgent or medical concerns.

Any clinical services offered by Dara Castillo or Castle Care Wellness are provided separately, under their own intake, consent, and privacy documents. These Terms do not govern clinical care.

Who can use the Services

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Digital products

• Delivery. Digital products, such as the 7-Day Nervous System Reset Journal, are delivered electronically after purchase. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files.
• Personal license. When you buy or download a product or free resource, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for yourself.
• What you can't do. You may not resell, share, distribute, post publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, rebrand, or use our products to create competing products, courses, or client materials without our written permission.
• Clinicians and educators. If you'd like to use our materials with patients, clients, students, or groups, email us first. We're glad to talk about it.

Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Payments are processed by third-party providers, such as Systeme.io, Stripe, or PayPal, under their own terms.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. If your file is damaged, missing, or not what was described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or make it right.

Our content

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, videos, guides, journals, and the Reset Framework™, is owned by Castle Care Wellness LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with credit to daracastle.com. Any other copying, reproduction, or reuse requires our written permission.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some links on the Services are affiliate links, including links to Fullscript, Amazon, and other partners. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to things we use or recommend, but we don't control third-party sites, products, or policies, and we aren't responsible for them. Your purchases on those sites are governed by their terms.

Emails

When you sign up for a free resource, waitlist, or product, you agree to receive related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the Services to break the law, harass anyone, submit false information, interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or collect other people's information. We may restrict access for anyone who does.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that content is complete, error-free, or right for your situation, or that the site will always be available. Individual results vary, and we make no promises about specific outcomes from using our content or products.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castle Care Wellness LLC and its owner, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product at issue in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Castle Care Wellness LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change when we revise it. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
